The word “Christmas” is actually a combination of two words “Christ,” a title given to Jesus, and “mass” that means celebration. The Christmas carol service of Maris Stella College, Negombo themed “Redemptor Venit” was held on the 17th December 2022 at the college gymnasium, 6.30pm onwards His Lordship Rt.Rev.Dr.Athony Jayakody Auxihary, Bishop of Colombo Archdiocese; graced the occasion as the cheif guest.
